Coffee Break Supporter $1500

Our attendees love their coffee!!!

Keep attendees awake and focused on your company by providing snacks and beverages between sessions. Includes sponsor signage and option to provide cups and/or napkins with your logo on them. $1,500 per day plus the cost of paper goods.

Note, this is an additional cost over and above the standard sponsorship package of your choice. Only 3 available - 1 for each full day of the conference.

Co-Branded Attendee Gift Placement $2500

Sponsor / Exhibitor FAQs

Are meals included in my sponsorship package?

Sponsor representative registration now includes access to all sessions (excluding
affinity group meetings, the hospitality suite unless specifically sponsored, and the annual NATA business meeting
and plenary). Your representative(s) will experience first-hand what our members are learning, mingle with
attendees at receptions and banquets (only the Welcome Banquet is included in the Non-Profit Sponsor package; tickets for other events are available for purchase separately), and enjoy 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 3 dinners throughout the
conference.

Where do I ship my materials and/or exhibit table supplies?

Will there be access to power/electrical outlet at my table?

How many people can I bring to the event?

Can I get a full list of attendees after the event?

No. We do not share our attendee lists with sponsors for security and privacy reasons.

You may collect leads easily by scanning attendees' QR codes and can then download a list of your collected contacts using the Whova mobile application.

If you are interested in sending targeted emails to our attendees, we suggest looking at the Gold and Platinum level sponsorships, which include customized targeted emails before and/or after the event.
