Room Reservations
Group Rate: starts at $195/night +taxes.
Discounted rate is available for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference dates, subject to availability.
Availability of the group discount is limited, so a reservation link will be sent via email with your conference registration confirmation. We cannot guarantee you will get a room at the discounted rate if the room block runs out and/or expires. You will have a variety of room locations to choose from. Please reserve early!!
Hotel room availability is first come, first served.
Looking to reduce expenses by sharing a room? Check the Roommate box on your conference registration form and we will share a list of others also looking to share.

Ground Transportation
The hotel does not offer transportation services but taxis, rental cars, and ride share services such as Uber or Lyft are available.
