Coffee Break Supporter $1,000

Social Event Sponsorships: Welcome attendees to evening activities/events (3 minutes). Name the evening’s signature cocktail and mocktail. Provide collateral of your choice (table tents, branded napkins, etc.). Choose from three options below:

Welcome Banquet (Monday night, on-site): $2,500
Executive’s Night (Tuesday, Stress Factory): $3,6000

Sponsor / Exhibitor FAQs

Are meals included in my sponsorship package?

Sponsor representative registration now includes access to all sessions (excluding
affinity group meetings, the hospitality suite unless specifically sponsored, and the annual NATA business meeting
and plenary). Your representative(s) will experience first-hand what our members are learning, mingle with
attendees at receptions and banquets (only the Welcome Banquet is included in the Non-Profit Sponsor package; tickets for other events are available for purchase separately), and enjoy 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 3 dinners throughout the
conference.

Where do I ship my materials and/or exhibit table supplies?

Will there be access to power/electrical outlet at my table?

How many people can I bring to the event?

Can I get a full list of attendees after the event?

No. We do not share our attendee lists with sponsors for security and privacy reasons.

You may collect leads easily by scanning attendees' QR codes and can then download a list of your collected contacts using the Whova mobile application.

If you are interested in sending targeted emails to our attendees, we suggest looking at the Gold and Platinum level sponsorships, which include customized targeted emails before and/or after the event.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your exhibitor registration, please notify us in writing to NATAOffice@natanet.org.

A refund, less a $50 administrative fee and the $360 Non-Attendee Sponsorship fee, will be provided for all cancellations received by September 15, 2025. Your registration will be converted to the Non-Attendee Sponsorship, which includes continued brand promotion and exposure to the conference audience.

In the event that an exhibitor is unable to attend after September 15, 2025 but before the October 31, 2025 deadline, a refund of $900* will be processed and your registration will be converted to the Non-Attendee Sponsorship, which includes continued brand promotion and exposure to the conference audience.

No refunds will be given after October 31, 2025.

*Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsor types

Exhibitor Educational Workshop Policy

Exhibitors are valued partners in our conference ecosystem. While their primary role is to showcase products, services, and solutions within the exhibit hall, we welcome their expertise in our educational programming under the following guidelines:

Eligibility & Expectations

-Exhibit in accordance with exhibitor agreements

-Clearly identify organizational affiliation in all conference activities

Educational Sessions: Exhibitors may submit proposals to present educational sessions.

If accepted:

Sessions must be educational and non-promotional
Exhibitors are not eligible for speaker fees or compensation
Exhibitor status must be disclosed in session materials and program listings
