Attending the NATA Institute was an easy decision. In conversations with Institute graduates at NATA conferences, I knew it would be a great experience. I was not disappointed. From boker tov to lilah tov, the schedule was packed full of interesting, informative classes - and exams. Our class spent the week at beautiful Camp Alonim, which was a perfect environment in which to enjoy the learning experience and be able to create deeper relationships with fellow Executive Directors from across the country. The instructors were very knowledgeable and provided everything we needed for a positive learning experience. For any NATA member wishing to advance their careers, attending the Institute and achieving Senior Member status is essential.
