Compensation & Benefits Data
Every two years NATA conducts a comprehensive survey of our members to evaluate the current practices and trends related to the compensation packages afforded synagogue professionals.
An Executive Summary of the report is available to the public, while the comprehensive detail and analysis report is provided only to survey participants.
Congregations are encouraged to review this data when hiring a new Executive Director or Administrator, and annually when reviewing staff for salary increases.
These reports should also be reviewed by Executive Directors/Administrators and job applicants who are negotiating compensation packages.
